Goal of the Outlets Director: Oversee operations of our Market, Dock & Drink, and our fine dining restaurant Water’s Table. This includes but not limited to inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer experience. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all guests. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.

The Director of Outlets responsibilities may include:

  • Ensure effective hiring, training, development, promotion and continuous reinforcement of company policies and procedures
  • Lead and coach the team towards achieving exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results
  • Full understanding of colleague engagement
  • Develop colleague training and education strategies
  • Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
  • Develop and implement creative strategies for revenue enhancement and cost containment
  • Closely work with Marketing team to increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate in the creation of unique offerings and enhancements to drive customer experience
  • Oversee Beverage program with a creative mindset that will continue cementing the venues’ standing as the go to place in the area
  • Develop and recommend the budget, goals, and objectives
  • Oversee the completion of tasks and special projects as assigned by Hotel leadership
  • Utilizing sales data alongside culinary team to determine pricing strategies and offerings
  • Ability to take the initiative to connect with the local community and deliver the dining experiences that both hotel and non-hotel guests would be appreciate

Wage Information:

The salary range for this position is $77,968.80 to $115,300. The starting salary for this position will be between $78,500 to $83,000. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications and education.

Qualifications

  • Full Time Management Position that requires full flexibility, ability to work weekends and holidays and a varied schedule
  • A true desire to understand and anticipate the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge, including a working knowledge of point of sale systems
  • Candidates should be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Candidates should possess proven leadership skills· Candidates should possess strong food and beverage knowledge. Beverage knowledge should include wine, spirits and beer. High volume beverage/bar experience required.
  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel F&B management experience (preferably with Hyatt)
  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager preferred
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, and effective in providing exceptional customer service
