What We’re Searching For

RallyX is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Intelligence (BI) Manager. This position plays a pivotal role in leading our BI team, aligning data solutions with strategic business goals, and driving innovation through analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the BI team, providing guidance and mentorship to the Analyst and Developer teams. Foster skill development and ensure the team understands the broader business context.
• Oversee all BI projects, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison with senior business leaders to align BI solutions with strategic goals.
• Contribute to strategic planning by identifying new data initiatives to support growth.
• Lead the design and development of complex BI solutions for critical projects. Ensure solutions are scalable and adhere to BI and data management best practices.
• Set and track KPIs to measure BI solution effectiveness and team productivity. Present performance reports to leadership, highlighting BI impact.
• Advocate for process improvements, tools, and technology investments to enhance team capabilities.
• Promote a culture of learning and innovation, keeping the team updated on BI trends.
• Ensure timely and quality responses to ad-hoc data requests.
• Support complex dashboard development while maintaining BI standards.

What You Need

• Bachelors degrees in Computer Science, Information System, or Data Analytics preferred
• Proven experience in BI leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise in BI tools and practices.
• Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in our offices is a requirement for this role.
