Sales Manager

YOUR MANDATE :

• Ensure the implementation of the sales plan and the achievement of objectives, while respecting quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Focus specification and sales efforts on the market segments and types of customers targeted by the company's strategic plan and orientations.
• Provide architects, existing customers, as well as new prospects, with sound arguments for specifying, presenting, promoting and selling our glass solutions.
• Evaluate customer needs and the technical feasibility of requests, answer technical questions and recommend appropriate products.
• Establish annual and three-year sales forecasts and monitor their achievement.
• Lead the sales process execution.
• Negotiate contractual terms and lead the negotiation strategy.
• Identify new customers and opportunities in our various market segments and assess prospects' potential.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure the contract execution in accordance with technical specifications and contract terms.
• Participate in building pricing structures as well as processes and margins continuous improvement.
• Build and manage customer relationships and be involved in problem solving and after sales follow-up.
• Monitor market and competition trends and guide actions and strategies.
• Build and track metrics, sales reports, and market information.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, customer visits and promotional events.
• Manage sales manufacturing agents under your responsibility.
