Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Public Relations Assistant to support the Public Relations team in executing PR strategies and campaigns. The successful candidate will assist in managing media relationships, preparing press materials, monitoring media coverage, and coordinating events. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public relations within a dynamic environment.



Key Responsibilities

• 
  Media Relations: Assist in maintaining and building media contacts. Coordinate the distribution of press releases and media kits.


• 
  Press Materials: Help write and edit press releases, media advisories, and other communication materials.


• 
  Event Coordination: Assist with the planning and execution of PR events, press conferences, and other promotional activities.


• 
  Monitoring and Reporting: Track media coverage and prepare reports to evaluate the success of PR efforts.


• 
  Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the PR team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining databases.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of media relations and social media platforms.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic photo/video editing software (a plus).
