Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Additional Responsibilities
The Talent Architecture Consultant – Manager is responsible for delivering expert consultation in the areas of job architecture design, skills taxonomy design, compensation frameworks, project management, and change management for job architecture initiatives. This role ensures alignment between talent strategies and business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements and Preferences
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree
- Required Field(s) of Study: Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management
- Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 5+ years of experience in consulting or HR strategy roles with a focus on job architecture, compensation design, or managing large-scale or complex projects/programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree Preferred: Master's Degree
- Preferred Fields of Study: Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior Studies, Organizational Management
Preferred Knowledge/Skills
- Demonstrates extensive Consulting and Advisory abilities, leading client engagements as a subject matter expert in job architectures and skills frameworks.
- Demonstrates extensive Strategic Analysis and Design abilities, designing future state job and skills architecture and customized solutions.
- Demonstrates extensive Project Management and Stakeholder Engagement abilities, overseeing multiple consulting projects and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Demonstrates extensive thought leader-level abilities, contributing to PwC's intellectual property in talent architecture.
- Demonstrates extensive Business Development abilities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand PwC's services.
Demonstrates extensive abilities through a proven record of success with the following:
- Experience in HR technology design/implementation/optimization (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of talent management best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to various audiences.
- Proficient in project management and change management methodologies.

The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $232,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
