Base Wage: $26.22- $30.97/hr

Hours: 11pm-7:30am weekdays and includes every other weekend

Job description

As a Household Nurse at Samaritan Bethany, you will:

• Assist residents with medications, treatments and care based on their resident-directed care plan
• Document services provided in electronic medical record
• Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor
• Guides and directs work of Caregivers (CNAs) and Homemakers during assigned shift

Requirements

Must have a MN LPN License and be in good standing
