Job Summary

Responsible for analyzing and subscriber activities, performing variance analysis, and delivering clear, impactful storytelling to support business decisions.

Core Responsibilities

  • Monitor and validate subscriber activity to identify and address abnormalities.
  • Identify, research, and explain variances in RGU (Revenue Generating Units), bulk subscriber data, and homes passed metrics.
  • Review pending connect and disconnect activities.
  • Analyze volume aging in collections for irregularities or discrepancies.
  • Perform monthly data uploads into Essbase, ensuring accuracy and completeness for various reporting categories, including:
  • International pay subscribers.
  • Bulk units.
  • EBU (Equivalent Billing Units).
  • SVODs (Subscription Video On-Demand).
  • Courtesy/XPE (gratis account activities).
  • Ancillary services.
  • Validate changes to subscriber-related processes, including SPA (Subscriber Provisioning Agreement), headend mapping, courtesy codes, and product mapping to maintain data consistency and accuracy.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
