The Strategic Account Executive will have the primary responsibility of managing our strategic account relationship. Working closely with the SVP of Growth & Retention, this role will foster and expand current client relationships. The Strategic Account Executive will independently manage customer engagement and account care, while playing an integral role in the success of the overall Sales team.
Your long-term goal: make the Language I/O platform an indispensable part of globalization operations within your target organizations.
Core Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth with existing customers
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets as defined by the Commission Plan, while contributing to overall team targets
- Identify new opportunities within assigned strategic accounts to meet growth expectations
- Develop a detailed account plan for each assigned account that identifies an org structure with key decision makers, budget owners and their decision making process. Identify white space and targets for expansion and flag any identified risks.
- Provide accurate weekly forecasts and sales plans
- Create consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how products can be leveraged
- Engage with customers on an ongoing basis to foster relationships, validate needs and keep Language I/O’s partnership top of mind
- Develop and manage strategic account relationships to ensure the achievement of assigned goals
- Establish a collaborative business relationship between Language I/O and strategic account customers
- Lead demos to help Language I/O to be more proficient in building and executing effective expansion campaigns.

Qualifications
- Technical: Familiarity with Language I/O core technologies such as AI, ML and NLP. Proficient in sales CRM platforms, deal lifecycle tracking and data analysis to improve sales processes.
- Experienced: Minimum 7 years experience in Enterprise Account Management and/or Enterprise Sales
- Self-Motivated: You have a sense of urgency and the ability to multitask and work many sales opportunities simultaneously.
- Team Player: You understand early-stage. You understand the need to work as a team for everyone to be successful. You know there are never enough resources and every day presents a challenge. You thrive on “solve it yourself” and the satisfaction it brings.
- Excellent Communicator: You know what to say and more importantly, how and when to say it.
- Sales Cycle Expert: You have expertise at an enterprise level. You develop and lead prospects by applying analytics to specific business issues. You know how to “drive a deal.”
