A company is looking for a Digital Experience Center Manager to oversee operations for a multi-tenant contact center.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple tenants and address their individual needs Oversee contact center workflows, optimize scheduling, and enhance operational efficiency Analyze contact center metrics to identify trends and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing a multi-tenant contact center or similar environment Strong understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and technology platforms Demonstrated ability to analyze data and implement changes effectively Experience with SLA and KPI management in a fast-paced, client-facing role Familiarity with regulatory compliance and risk management processes
