A company is looking for a Management Company Controller to oversee accounting and operations functions for clients in the Venture Capital and Private Equity space.
Key Responsibilities
Manage team performance, set goals, and provide ongoing training Oversee the month-end close process and prepare financial reports Handle payroll, accounts payable, and respond to client requests
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role Experience with accounts payable and payroll cycles preferred External auditor or CPA certification is a plus Proficiency in accounting systems such as Xero or Quickbooks Experience in a client-facing role managing multiple clients
