Job Details
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operational strategy for multiple project sites, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Oversee a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals, fostering an environment of collaboration and excellence.
Develop and implement streamlined processes for project execution and resource allocation that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring communication is open and challenges are resolved swiftly.
Drive continuous improvement by championing innovative construction methods and technologies that advance our capabilities and competitive edge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Director of Operations or similar leadership role within the construction industry, with direct oversight of large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
Deep understanding of the construction industry’s standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and handling potential issues.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse teams and client relationships.
