Job Overview:

Sara Software Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee large-scale projects within a Federal Agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex task orders, leading Agile teams, and maintaining schedules through Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS). You must hold certifications in Project Management (PMP), Scrum, and SAFe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage task orders of significant size, type, and complexity at a Federal Agency.
• Lead Agile project management processes, ensuring teams work efficiently within Scrum or SAFe frameworks.
• Develop, maintain, and track project tasks using an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Oversee multiple workstreams, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure all projects comply with Federal regulations and agency requirements.
• Foster collaboration and communication within the team to ensure clear alignment on project goals.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Required)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master Certification (Required)
• Minimum 8 years of program management experience, particularly managing task orders for Federal Agencies
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
• Proficiency in developing and managing tasks through Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working within Federal government programs or contracts
