Fine Dining Server

Colonial Country Club is dedicated to providing an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests. We are looking for skilled and personable Fine Dining Servers to join our team and uphold our tradition of excellence. This role involves delivering attentive, high-quality service in a food and beverage environment, ensuring every guest feels valued and welcomed. Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests promptly with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Provide attentive and personalized service, including taking accurate food and beverage orders.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
• Ensure all orders are delivered promptly and meet the highest quality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs, monitor tables, and promptly address any issues or special requests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Follow all club policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a server in an upscale dining or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and bar service etiquette.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Availability to work the designated shift schedule (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Tuesday - Saturday).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift and carry trays or items weighing up to 25 lbs.

Background check and drug screen required.
