Exciting opportunity in the Galleria area for a Service Manager role: Onsite maintenance of apartment homes. Organize and schedule apartment make-readies, handle preventative maintenance, and complete service requests. Must have HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and pools, and good general knowledge of apartment home operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and offers excellent customer service. We maintain our properties at a very high quality level.
