Position Overview:

As a Recruiting Associate at NASC GLOBAL, you’ll play a pivotal role in our recruitment efforts by sourcing, evaluating, and engaging top talent for clients across various industries. This is a dynamic, hands-on position where you’ll work closely with our leadership team to build and maintain a talent pipeline, conduct interviews, and contribute to client relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Candidate Engagement:

  • Source, interview, and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and manufacturing.
  • Develop an understanding of client needs and tailor recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline using job boards, social media, and our proprietary database.
  • Conduct 10-12 candidate interviews per day via phone and video, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Provide ongoing candidate feedback and recommendations to clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Client Relationship Development:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to understand client requirements and recruitment goals.
  • Support in the development and execution of client-facing recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and help craft solutions that align with their talent acquisition goals.

Ongoing Learning & Professional Development:

  • Engage in regular mentoring sessions with senior members of the leadership team to refine your skills and expand your knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Present your weekly progress and achievements to the team, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of your professional development by seeking out new challenges and areas for growth within the organization.

Training & Support:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client services is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, business development, and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with candidates and clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish, French, Vietnamese, Russian, or other languages is a plus.
