Door Service Technician

The main tasks, duties, and responsibilities of this position.

• Ability to work independently to diagnose issues and identify parts
• Diagnose, identify, and repair commercial pedestrian doors
• Work on automatic sliding and swinging doors
• Install new belt-driven motors, sensors, and other automatic door parts
• Repair and replace door hinges, locks, closers, and panic exit devices on commercial aluminum, steel, and wood doors
• Install new automatic sliding and swinging doors
• Install hollow metal and other steel doors and frames
• Install glass

This position offers a take home van.

Up to 10% commission available on top of the hourly rate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
