To oversee all aspects of the Royal Players Club in respect to the employees, guests, and procedures of the club.

Qualifications

Education

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Supervise the employees of the Royal Players Club and Free Pull areas to ensure the employees carry out all policies, procedures and guidelines set by the department. Work the line at the Royal Players Club and assist guests while monitoring the slot club reps. Conduct disciplinary procedures when necessary and write evaluations on employees. Ensure all paperwork is correct, inventory is stocked, breaks are taken as directed, reps are offering excellent customer service, assist other departments as necessary, handle customer and/or employee disputes, and operate the Royal Players Club to be efficient and friendly. Performs general clerical duties to include but not limited to typing, photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing. Update the Daily Marketing Report, payroll, and schedule when necessary. Maintain proper records for Marketing and Accounting. Maintain flyer/coupon inventory and request reordering when necessary. Organize the Royal Players Club and the storage unit downstairs to comply with safety guidelines and inventory control. Understands and complies with all Policies and Procedures of the department. Other duties as assigned.

Licenses

Gaming License, TAM, Other

Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Professional personal appearance. Excellent communication skills. Ability to meet company's production and quality standards.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondary smoke and high noise levels. Must work calmly and professionally in stressful situations. Must be able to stand for eight hours. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Work hours must be flexible.

Physical Requirements

Specialized Work Experience

Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English and must have arithmetic skills. Knowledge of computers and telephone protocol. Must be able to type 35 WPM. Knowledge of slot club system, Super Playmate is helpful. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills. Position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to supervise people and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

Maintain a follow-up system that encourages follow through with assigned projects. Understand the terminology of the business and keep abreast of technology changes in products and services. Know and understand the federal, state and local requirements which govern the company’s business. Follow lawful directions from supervisors. Understand and follow work rules and procedures. Participate in performance management. Interact well with others and be a positive influence on employee morale. Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements. Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required.
