- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for government accounts.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and qualifications.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining effective communication and transparency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
- MUST BE LOCAL TO THE CAPITAL REGION or willing to relocate
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a focus on strategic accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of public sector recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to assess candidates’ qualifications and match them to job requirements.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
