What awaits you:
Leadership and Customer Service
- Lead and develop our customer service team, addressing escalations and ensuring resource planning, training, and annual reviews.
- Maintain U.S. operating hours, coordinate with global leaders, and implement SOPs to standardize processes.
- Establish performance metrics and oversee training for internal and external partners.
Logistics and Inventory Management
- Manage logistics, including warehousing, distribution, and inventory control, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs while monitoring transport and depot performance.
- Oversee inventory processes, exchanges, spare parts management, and set distribution, ensuring QMS compliance and accurate ERP data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in the healthcare or medical field.
- Proven experience in process improvement and 3PL management.
- Proficiency in logistics software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in healthcare logistics.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Office-based role with occasional travel to warehouses, 3PL sites, and customer locations as needed.
