Key Responsibilities
- Assist with event planning, including researching venues, vendors, and suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics such as transportation, accommodation, and equipment rentals.
- Maintain communication with vendors, stakeholders, and team members.
- Oversee event setup, registration, and attendee support during events.
- Monitor event supplies and materials, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Handle administrative tasks, including managing budgets, contracts, and invoices.
- Gather and organize post-event feedback for reporting and improvement.
- High school diploma
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in [Microsoft Office/Google Workspace] and event management tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Capable of handling physical tasks such as lifting and moving supplies.
