What will I be doing?
You will support the Divisional Finance Director in the Creative Solutions division, working across all brands, including Teradek, SmallHD, and Wooden Camera. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, supporting preparation of financial reports and forecasts, and contributing to ad hoc financial projects, ultimately driving strategic decision-making.

- Conducting detailed sales analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Analyzing costs to support margin improvement and profitability.
- Providing data and insights for weekly & monthly reporting.
- Contributing to quarterly financial forecasts and the annual budget cycle.
- Developing and presenting dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar tools.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals.
- Collating sales data for quota setting and commission payment.
- Supporting ad hoc financial projects with accurate data and analysis.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data across all analyses.

Qualified candidates must have
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Proven experience with Tableau or a similar data visualization tool.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in financial analysis or a comparable role.
- This position is based in the Irvine, CA office
- Reporting to Divisional Finance Director
