Summary Of Position
As a Warehouser, you will be responsible for managing and organizing warehouse inventory efficiently and accurately. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders. Attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

Accountabilities
- Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks, and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to organizational standards.
- Maintain inventory controls by keeping accurate records of goods received and shipped.
- Perform regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring they are accurately labeled and documented.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding inventory levels, stock replenishment, and any issues affecting warehouse operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and inventory management.

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety protocols.
