What Would You Do As A Senior Recruiter?
As a Senior Recruiter at Journey Group, you will be at the forefront of managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Your role will encompass sourcing and attracting a diverse pool of qualified talent, collaborating closely with managers to pinpoint staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies. You will assist with overseeing job postings across various platforms and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring timely communication with candidates. By conducting initial screenings and interviews, you'll evaluate candidates for their skill sets and cultural fit, extending offers to selected individuals and facilitating their onboarding experience.

Are You A Good Fit For This Senior Recruiter Role?
To thrive as a Senior Recruiter at Journey Group, you will need a robust skill set and relevant experience. A bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is essential, coupled with at least five years of recruitment experience. Preferred certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR will enhance your candidacy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Software, and HRIS systems, particularly Vista HRIS and Applicant Pro ATS, is crucial for efficient management of the recruitment process.
You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders alike. Strong organizational abilities will help you prioritize multiple tasks and meet stringent deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations, along with the capacity to think independently and problem-solve, is vital.
