Beauty Educator

As a Headkount Beauty Educator, you’ll be responsible for building lasting relationships with stores, brands, and retail employees. Show off your exceptional product knowledge while spreading your passion across locations. You’ll get the best of the best training and support from our robust education programs to be set up for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships.
• Show up on time.
• Achieve your sales goals.
• Educate the retail Beauty Advisors on the brands you are supporting for the day by sharing product knowledge, and your favorite tips and tricks.
• Complete detailed in-store surveys after every shift.
• Communicate with the Headkount team by staying up to date on the Headkount app.
• Uphold merchandising brand guidelines.

Job Knowledge, Skills, Requirements

• 2 years experience working for a beauty brand or major beauty retailer
• Excellent retail selling and education background
• Strong communication skills
• Proven team player
• Professional conduct in-store
• Technology skills: video calls, phone calls, text messages, smart phone applications
• Passion for people
• Passion for education
• Passion for the retail community
• Must be willing to commute a minimum of 30 miles
• Must have a cell phone
• Must have a flexible schedule, available to work weekends to support retail needs
