The Staff Pad is looking for a Roof Order & Scheduling Coordinator, to work for our client in Burnsville, Minnesota. You will report to the Company’s President. This is a full-time position onsite Monday-Friday. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail oriented, have strong communication skills, and be able to work both with a team and independently.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Process Roof Orders
- Ensure accuracy of information and confirm measurements
- Ensure correct roof scope information is submitted (i.e. vents, open/closed valleys, skylights, special instructions, etc.)
- Submit order details to suppliers
- Pull permit for all new roof builds and ensure they are available prior to work starting
- Address and resolve any issues prior to or during build
- Ensure correct skylight measurements and interior color
- Ensure decking needs are identified
- Ensure unique flashing and/or roofing needs are identified pre-build
- Assign initial roof build date and puts build details on the calendar
- Work with Roof Production manager to ensure roof build schedule supports business needs (i.e. number of roofs per day, size of roofs, specialty roofs flagged, etc.)
- Communicate status to everyone involved as needed
- Provide updates to the field team as needed
- Ensure any changes are communicated to suppliers and related parties
- Process Roof S&P requests
- Ensure accuracy of information and confirm measurements
- Ensure correct roof scope information is included (i.e. vents, open/closed valleys, skylights, special instructions, etc.)
- Process requests for Roof Cash Bids, Re-Inspections and conversion of partial roofs into full replacements
- Create and send estimates and any supporting documentation to insurance and/or field rep as needed
- Follow up on files to ensure insurance carrier is reviewing requests
