The MMSD Program and Delivery team is looking to hire a Project Manager to coordinate, plan, develop and implement moderate to complex business projects. The Team

MMSD’s strategy is to aggressively grow top line sales by expanding existing and establishing new partnerships with financial institutions and making significant investments in Technology, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product development. Our strategy will be driven by dedicated, diverse teams across the enterprise prioritizing a dynamic, agile, inclusive, and entrepreneurial culture.

The Impact

As a Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Accountable for monitoring project progress and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution of projects.
  • Lead project team to develop and execute cross-functional implementation plans.
  • Ensure all project team members understand project goals, objectives, and current plans.
  • Provide a continuously updated appraisal of project status, including risk, cost, and value to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for alignment of functional plans with approved project plans.
  • Proactively identify issues and communicate project-related issues to senior management.
  • Develop an overall communication strategy and manage internal/external communications.
  • Lead projects of medium to long-term focus of varying duration, size, and complexity.
  • Navigate ambiguity to deliver results.
  • Manage budget, timeline, resources, and scope through prioritization.
  • Lead project teams during all phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with peers to effectively deliver solutions.
  • Drive lessons learned and knowledge retention for future use.
  • Demonstrate the ability to be organized yet flexible and adaptable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • 15% travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field
  • 3rd party distribution/market experience
  • Life/Annuity product experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience in both agile and waterfall project environments
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and obtain buy-in at all levels
