Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring technology features and stories are delivered on time, within scope, and to the desired quality to ensure technology solutions meet the needs of the business. You’ll work to ensure the team's success in delivery by ensuring there is a clear vision and roadmap for the desired outcomes. You may be embedded within an engineering team or may support multiple cross-functional teams.

About the Role

• Collaborate with marketing teams and stake holders to define Martech needs, aligning solutions with strategic goals to deliver lasting value
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance marketing processes through technology, ensuring optimizations drive measurable business impact.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications ensuring MaTech solutions are scalable, impactful and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of MarTech vendors.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and lead ongoing optimization of MarTech tools to ensure alignment with evolving business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify business gaps and opportunities, and work together to develop use cases, requirements, and implement solutions that drive business value.

About You

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience or equivalent competency analyzing, designing and changing business processes on a MarTech team
• Experience advocating on behalf of systems based on business needs.
• Experience negotiating and constructively handling disagreement to find mutual definitions of success with vendors and the business
• Experience documenting user interactions, processes or procedures
• Ability to define, manage and measure success
• Experience working with vendors and solution management
• Experience in risk management and mitigation

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong understanding of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, tested, and deployed
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to identify and address risks and issues proactively.
