Responsibilities

  • Through the position, you will manage phone calls and scheduling and perform various clerical tasks around the office while assisting clients and staff
  • Position runs January to May, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F, Some Saturday's possible
  • Greet Clients Answer/make phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Finalize tax preparation
  • Use of computer/copiers/postage machine
  • Collect customer payments


Benefits

  • Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
