Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or experience equivalency; related master’s preferred
- Proven people and organizational leadership skills
- Proven ability to provide strategic leadership for multiple locations
- Proven ability to build strong and healthy relationships with all stakeholders
- Proven ability to build strong result-driven teams
- Ability to shepherd and disciple staff from a biblical worldview
- Demonstrated ability to achieve growth and solve complex problems
- Demonstrated crisis/risk management skills
- Proven character, refined in multiple organizational settings
- Non-profit ministry experience preferred
- Experience establishing organizational and programmatic systems and processes required
