Job Summary
Provide general assistance to the Rate Department including tracking functions, website management, research, and various analysis as directed by the Rates Manager or others on the Team. The group works collaboratively with its Utility clients, including Utility Finance and Accounting, Legal, Communications, and others.
Job Responsibilities
- Other rate related tasks as assigned by the Rates Manager
- Prepare survey responses, bill analyses and comparisons of state, regional and national utilities
- Update Company website as needed for various tariff and other requirements
- Update certain customer bill charges in the billing system
Job Specific Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree; with 0-2 years experience

- Good planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
