Entertainment & Game Day Staff

The Entertainment & Game Day Staff (Swamp Squad) is a co-ed promotional team that brings waves of high energy, helping create a home advantage for the Toledo Mud Hens Baseball team. This team requires a positive attitude, being comfortable in front of a crowd, and bringing high energy to gametime. Swamp Squad's main objective is to create an unforgettable experience for all fans. This role will also serve as brand ambassadors in the community and at various team events, making connections, growing the game, and creating lasting memories for the best fans in the MiLB league.

This schedule is flexible working nights, weekends and some holidays.

**Audition Dates will be Wednesday, February 26th and Thursday, February 27th. Resumes will be reviewed, and once selected candidates will be sent a link for sign up times.

Essential Responsibilities and Skills

• Provide high energy FANatical experiences to fans.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Feel comfortable and confident in front of large crowds.
• The ability to work well on a team, strong collaboration skills.
• Ability to execute tasks throughout an event with a positive, outgoing, and friendly demeanor that engages fans.
• Must be friendly and approachable to fans.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old.
• Have a flexible schedule and the availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Possess knowledge and enthusiasm for the Toledo Mud Hens!
• Dance/Cheer experience a plus.
