Quality Control Assistant

Job Summary:

The Quality Control Assistant ensures the educational content developed is reviewed, formatted and uploaded to provide educators and students engaging videos, slide presentations, lesson plans, projects, and activities for a variety of subject areas.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains and populates lesson specific database program.
• Maintains and populates a standards correlation database program.
• Responsible for maintaining an interactive based assessment program.
• Answers customer support questions regarding content and general troubleshooting.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and familiar with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent typing skills.
• Proficient with copy editing/proofreading skills.
• Familiar with database coding and management preferred.

Education & Experience:

• Associates degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
