We are looking for a Direct Support Professional who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community.

Regular Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-12pm

What you will be doing?

Responsibilities include supporting the food distribution program by maintaining stock in designated areas, receiving and storage of supplies using the FIFO method and order fulfillment and delivery of AID Residential house and Community Day Program orders. The Warehouse Worker will also assist with the purchase of replenishment items, performing pickups and making deliveries using company van or truck.

What will you bring to the table?

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

License/certifications

• Valid IL Drivers License

Experience

• One year of warehouse experience preferred
• One year of inventory control experience preferred

Physical

• Lifting and carrying of 50 lbs
• No physical restrictions

Equipment

• Cell phone
• Electric Pallet Jack
• Computer (with training)
• Agency vehicles
• Hand Pallet Jack
• Telephone with voicemail

Additional Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• Good driving record
• Minimum amount of automobile insurance as defined by A.I.D.s personnel policy
• Flexible hours may be required
• Acquire and maintain CPR, First-Aid, and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training
