SUMMARY
Responsible for processing jackpots, W2G’s, specialty fills and assisting with all guest concerns and/or needs in an assigned area. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures and all internal and external regulations. Assures excellent guest service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Performs customer service calls in an assigned area, encompassing up to 400 Slot Machines.
2. Troubleshoots slot machine problems and clears simple jams. Notifies slot technicians of serious malfunctions. Maintains ticket levels in slot machines according to company and departmental policies.
3. Ensures superior guest service with a proactive approach, greeting guests with eye contact and a smile.
4. Pays jackpots following company and departmental policies, responsible for the accurate accounting of money pouch and assigned floor bank.
5. Identifies and resolves guest concerns by patrolling assigned work area.
6. Participates in departmental brainstorming meetings.
7. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required, usually acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Basic working knowledge of slot machine payouts and payout schedules, usually acquired through one to three years of related experience.
3. Ability to perform basic computer skills to accurately process jackpots and W2G’s.
4. Visibility requires maintaining a professional appearance and a positive company image.
5. Working understanding of Regulation 6A, must be 21 years of age and able to obtain all required permits.
6. Flexible schedule willingness, including weekends and evenings.
7. Mobility throughout the casino, able to lift and carry 30 pounds minimum.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Involves walking, meeting, and greeting guests in gaming areas, may require weekend and evening work. Must work calmly under stress when business volume increases. Must stand and walk for extended periods, tolerating areas with secondary smoke and high noise levels.
Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent.
Licenses
Gaming, TAM.

Front-line supervision of slot change persons, booth cashiers; reports to Director of Slot Operations; manages change persons and attendants; clears currency jams; performs hopper fills; verifies jackpot payments and financial handling.
