We are seeking Independently Licensed Lead Behavioral Health On-Demand Specialists for an onsite role in San Diego, CA. This position involves leading a team to support unaccompanied minors during high-demand periods, conducting assessments, and providing crisis intervention. Key responsibilities include mentoring staff, ensuring effective care delivery, and collaborating with facility personnel. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Behavioral Health, independent licensure in California, and experience in dynamic environments. Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred. This is a 1099 contractor role with competitive hourly rates.
