You'll be matched with projects based on your expertise and availability, working either independently or in collaboration with other professionals. You'll be supported by a global network of experts, including drafters, designers, and engineers, to help you manage workload, prevent burnout, and grow your income.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients locally and remotely to discuss their architectural needs
• Develop and deliver architectural drawings to clients
• Ensure that project planning and design align with client specifications
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings that represent both the appearance and internal structure
• Lead staff in the preparation of project drawings
• Conduct site visits to verify that construction aligns with the architectural plans

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Design or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
• Experience with small to medium-scale, multi-use projects is essential

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Marketing and sales acumen for client engagement is recommended
• Superior time management and organizational skills
• A dependable, proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
