Join our team as a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) dedicated to helping senior adults live their best lives. This hybrid role involves working 2-3 days at Stonebridge Ranch in McKinney, TX, and 2-3 days at outpatient clinics in McKinney, Allen, or Plano, TX.
Salary ranges from $30-$35/hr, based on experience. Benefits include competitive pay, 401(k) with company match, health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities include assisting Occupational Therapists, guiding patients in therapeutic activities, documenting progress, and maintaining a safe therapy environment.
