About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our products to fit their style and space. If you are passionate about sustainability and love building relationships, join our Retail Team!
What You’ll Do:
- Actively engage with customers using our Lovesac selling techniques.
- Achieve personal sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Provide attentive service to all customers and build customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and effectively assist and educate customers.
- Guide customers from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing sales.
- Conduct customer outreach using company provided tools.
- Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store by following visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee store operations including opening & closing the store, inventory, marketing, and promotions.
- Utilize company tools, sales data, and reports to support daily operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring safety in the store.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- High-School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year in retail or customer service.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support.
- Support Lovesac's omni-channel customer experience.
- Must be able to travel to local stores and third-party vendors.
- Demonstrate integrity and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions.
- Must be able to move medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds.
