Job Summary: The Technical Services Assistant Vice President (AVP) oversees operations in departments such as Professional Services, Pre-Sales Engineering & Solutions Architecture, Implementation Engineering, Data Center Engineering, and MIS. The AVP ensures team performance aligns with company standards, establishes benchmarks, and drives strategic objectives, while meeting financial targets and organizational KPIs. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to promote innovation and operational excellence, integrating emerging technology trends into scalable solutions that enhance service delivery.
The AVP participates in client sales and executive review meetings, leads consultative engineering efforts, and engages in technology conferences. Additionally, the AVP oversees the internal MIS organization, enhancing tools, systems, and processes, and fosters consultative partnerships with vendors and clients to achieve business goals and efficiencies.

Educational and Work Experience Requirements:
- Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 8-18 years in IT/Technical Operations with management experience.
- Experience with managed or cloud services providers preferred.
Environmental and Working Conditions:
- Prolonged sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- General office environment.
- Travel to client locations with varying conditions.
