Client Relations Associate

We seek an energetic and results-driven Client Relations Associate to join our team and help support our growing research business, focusing on Building Products & the New Home Trends Institute. The Client Relations Associate position focuses on supporting relationships with our existing clients and assisting in business development activities to help drive future revenue growth. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple projects, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with teams to deliver exceptional client service. Strong communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot client needs are key, as is a proactive, organized approach to work. Experience in building products, consumer insights, residential real estate, or professional services is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a designated point of contact for existing Building Products clients, ensuring their questions and needs are addressed promptly.
- Research & identify potential new clients within the real estate and building products industry. Conduct proactive outreach to introduce JBREC’s services and value to new prospects.
- Qualify and respond to incoming inquiries from prospective clients.
- Prepare client paperwork, including proposals and contracts.
- Support efforts to collect feedback from clients & prospects to improve business strategies.
- Update and maintain our CRM with accurate and detailed client & prospect records and sales and activity information.
- Work closely with senior team members to align client/prospect and business needs with company resources.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to support team initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in B2B client servicing or business development, preferably within building products, consumer insights, residential real estate, or professional services industries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Compensation and title will be based on skills, experience, and abilities, which can vary by person.

You must have uncompromised ethics and be willing/able to travel (via car or plane, sometimes overnight, up to 20% of the time).
