Operations Manager

Operations Team Members support the execution of sports and entertainment events, ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Event Setup and Teardown:

• Assist with the preparation and dismantling of event setups.
• Manage equipment and materials efficiently.

On-Site Support:

• Provide logistical support during events.
• Address operational issues promptly.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and organize event equipment.
• Ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with Account Managers and other team members.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.

Travel Expectations:

• It is expected that all team members in Sports & Entertainment travel with the events on the road as they come about.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in event operations is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
