Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Analyst to join our Global Lease Administration team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel. This role involves managing lease data, ensuring accuracy, and supporting reporting and financial processes across various portfolio accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Abstract and review lease documents, ensuring accurate capture of critical data such as rent obligations, critical dates, and financials.
  • Track and report on lease renewals, critical dates, and rent commencements.
  • Audit, process, and reconcile rent and other lease-related invoices in compliance with policies and lease terms.
  • Assist in compiling and delivering periodic reports, including KPIs, variance analyses, and other lease-related reporting needs.
  • Support internal and external inquiries related to lease payments, documentation, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure data integrity and manage lease files through quality control reviews and audits.
  • Support the development of lease administration SOPs and job aids to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Legal, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lease administration or contract/portfolio management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of data and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with lease management platforms.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of effective independent judgment
  • Acute attention to detail and passion for quality
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, with a resolution mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in lease administration or commercial real estate.
  • Experience supporting global real estate portfolios (office, industrial, data centers)
  • Familiarity with commercial real estate software (e.g., Tango, CoStar, TRIRIGA) and accounting standards (FASB/IFRS).
  • Strong communication skills, excellent time management and organizational skills.
