At Predictive Sales A.I. (PSAI), we’re passionate about helping our clients grow by leveraging the power of innovative digital advertising strategies. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Paid Media Strategist to join our team and lead our clients through the world of paid media. In this role, you will be responsible for driving success across a range of advertising platforms including Facebook, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs. You’ll develop and implement strategies, optimize campaigns, and analyze performance to ensure that our clients are always ahead of the curve. This role combines creative strategy, data analysis, and business development to help our clients achieve their digital marketing goals at scale.

Responsibilities

As the Paid Media Strategist at PSAI, you will be the driving force behind the success of our clients’ paid media campaigns. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic DSPs. You will create and implement campaigns that maximize ROI while meeting client goals.
  • Managing and optimizing Facebook Ad campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager. This includes overseeing account setup, strategy development, creative execution, and continuous optimization to drive measurable results.
  • Managing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and YouTube, ensuring campaigns are strategically structured and optimized for performance. You will help clients navigate the complexities of search marketing, driving high-quality traffic and conversions.
  • Architecting and optimizing display network campaigns across various DSPs to reach target audiences effectively. You will experiment with new formats, targeting options, and creative assets to improve campaign performance and efficiency.
  • Coaching clients on paid media best practices, educating them on the effective use of advertising platforms and our PSAI software tools to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between creative, data, and business strategies. You will work closely with the creative and analytics teams to refine strategies, optimize ad performance, and deliver results.
  • Analyzing key performance metrics (KPIs) across multiple channels, reporting on campaign performance, and implementing data-driven recommendations to optimize ongoing campaigns.
  • Building long-term relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor for all paid media activities. You will ensure the ongoing success of client accounts, driving growth through continuous optimization and strategic upselling of services.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, constantly experimenting with new ad formats, targeting options, and technologies to keep our campaigns innovative and effective.

Required Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with paid social and search advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and DSPs).
  • Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads (search, display, video).
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and using DSPs to manage and optimize campaigns at scale.
  • Expertise in paid media strategy including targeting, bidding, creative optimization, and budget management.
  • A solid understanding of performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROI) and the ability to use data insights to refine campaigns.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work directly with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Prior project management experience and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
