As a Systems Specialist, You Will Manage Configurations Within Internally Developed And 3rd Party Applications That DriveTime And Its Subsidiaries Use. This Involves Coordinating Efforts Between Vendors And/or Internal Development Teams To Resolve Production Issues And Increase The General Efficiency And Reliability Of Our Applications. Some Examples Of Tasks Handled By The Team Are Below

As a Systems Specialist, You Will Manage Configurations Within Internally Developed And 3rd Party Applications That DriveTime And Its Subsidiaries Use. This Involves Coordinating Efforts Between Vendors And/or Internal Development Teams To Resolve Production Issues And Increase The General Efficiency And Reliability Of Our Applications. Some Examples Of Tasks Handled By The Team Are Below
- Responsible for new store and inspection center setups within all applications
- Manage all forms & fees in our Point-of-Sale (POS) system
- Perform administrative tasks within our Power10 systems (iSeries/CLASS)
- FTP/ GlobalScape configuration and troubleshooting
- Configuration within PCRS (contract/claim system for our ancillary products)
- Configuration of SQ9/GlobalCapture (document retention system for all contract/account documents)
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical people daily
- SSMS (T-SQL)
- MySQL
- iSQL
- iSeries/CLASS/SQL400/DBU
- MS Office Suite
- Square9/GlobalCapture/GlobalSearch(Enterprise Content Management)
- SHAW
- PCRS
- Transact-SQL/MySQL/iSQL/DBU
- FTP Administration Experience
- Analytical thinking
- Personal accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Confident introspective abilities
- Discretion/Restraint - We see a lot of PII data.
- iSeries experience
- MongoDB Experience
- PowerShell or other scripting experience like Batch or JS
