Front Desk Representative

Location: Beaumont, TX

Compensation: $17.50 - $24.00 / hour

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner


• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs in an efficient and timely manner


• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions


• Maintain and update guest information in the database


• Assist in managing reservations and scheduling appointments


• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure satisfaction


• Handle and resolve guest complaints or concerns with professionalism


• Monitor the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and welcoming


• Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mail handling


• Adhere to company policies and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Knowledge of office equipment such as phones, printers, and fax machines


• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
