Responsibilities
- Create robust sourcing strategies to attract quality applicants
- Identify IT and professional talent for open positions or pipeline for specific skill sets using a variety of sources including internal and internet databases, job advertisements, social media, personal contacts, and networking activities.
- Conduct interviews and meet with candidates to determine if they have the knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
- Screen and meet with candidates to evaluate their skills, interests, and compensation needs.
- Negotiate compensation and have experience convincing potential candidates to join our company.
- Consistently identify and participate in networking organizations and events is required.
- Recruiting track record of 3-5 years in an Information Technology environment in Corporate or Staffing Agency setup.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with Sales teams, Project Managers and Leads.
- Ability to network, build and maintain relationships.
- High-energy positive person with customer-service focus, and ability to quickly process and analyze situations and people.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrated timeliness, accuracy, prioritization, and productivity of tasking.
- Strong computer/internet skills.
- Commitment to professionalism and strong business ethics.
- Superior verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced environment.
- Have a “can-do” attitude, willing to learn & have positive personality.
