Promise Care, NJ is seeking a competent, friendly, and organized Receptionist (entry level) for our East Orange office.

Who is an Entry Level Receptionist?

Our ideal candidate is someone who is responsible and has excellent attention to detail and communication skills. This role is perfect for someone who has some customer service/reception experience and is looking to further build their skills in this capacity.

They are passionate about providing the highest quality services to the people and communities we serve.

This position is Full Time (8:30am-5pm Mon-Fri) and based at our East Orange, NJ office.

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Managing Incoming Calls
• Greeting and redirecting visitors
• Providing impeccable Customer service
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate recipient.
• Assist with general caller concerns and grievances.
• Completing assigned workflow daily.
• Completing of faxes/mailings in a timely manner.
• Assembling admission packets for field staff.
• Completion of DME ordering in a timely manner.
• Compile appropriate medical record and submit for audit requests on a timely manner.
• Maintain a growth-oriented and service-forward mindset.
• Promote a nurturing and pro-social environment for staff and patients that embodies the highest standards of patient care (our promise to care).
  
  
  

Front Desk Medical Receptionist Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and service oriented attitude required.
• Some customer service experience required.
• High volume phone / reception experience required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) required***
• Proficiency with MS Office and similar programs a plus.
• Medical reception experience a plus.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Punctual attendance
• Self-direction with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
