Do you want to be part of a customer facing technology team helping to ensure the success of Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a leading technology platform? AWS Customer Service provides global support to a wide range of commercial and government customers as they build mission-critical applications on top of AWS services such as Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3.

The ADC Customer Service Technical Program Manager will work with the leaders across Global Support to streamline and create new workflows and processes for customers across different partitions and varying contract requirements. You will be responsible for managing complex customer contract requirements, standardizing operational processes across regions, and ensuring successful service launches through comprehensive stakeholder engagement and training programs. This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of standardized processes for existing workflows and new service launches across multiple regions
  • Analyze and manage diverse customer contract requirements, ensuring compliance and optimal service delivery
  • Design and execute comprehensive training programs for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Drive operational readiness initiatives across multiple business units and geographical regions
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, best practices, and training materials
  • Develop metrics and KPIs to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • PMP or similar project management certification
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in cloud computing
  • Experience working in multiple geographical regions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Track record of successful large-scale program launches
