We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and providing occupational therapy services to help patients regain function and independence in their daily lives. The Occupational Therapist will work closely with other members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

What We Offer Our Occupational Therapist

- Shift & Schedule: Flexible
- Perform evaluations of patients with various physical and cognitive conditions to assess functional limitations and abilities
- Develop treatment plans based on evaluation results and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Administer occupational therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols, including activity analysis, environmental modification, and adaptive equipment
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes
- Educate patients and their families about the nature of their conditions and the benefits of occupational therapy
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements
- Participate in continuing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices in occupational therapy
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current WA state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Current BLS certification
- Two (2) positive work references
- Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test.
