Job Description:
Assistnow is seeking a talented and experienced Systems Analyst with expertise in Workday Payroll and payroll data integrations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless payroll operations and integrations while leveraging Workday's capabilities. This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Workday Payroll Expertise:
Serve as the primary systems analyst for Workday Payroll configurations and support.
Ensure accurate payroll processing through system configuration and data validation.
Payroll Data Integrations:
Design, develop, and support payroll data integrations such as PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) file creation and transmission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize integrations.
System Optimization:
Analyze current payroll workflows and provide recommendations for enhancements using Workday.
Configure Workday modules and updates to align with business requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, finance, and IT teams to align Workday Payroll processes with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of payroll solutions.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure payroll systems are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
Generate and maintain payroll reports for internal stakeholders and audits.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Workday Payroll, with hands-on experience in payroll data integrations such as PECI.
Workday Pro Certification: Workday Pro certification is highly preferred but not mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Workday Payroll configuration and functionality.
Experience with PECI file creation, data transmission, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with data transformation tools and techniques.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
US-Based: Must reside in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship
